This hotel was modern and great relaxing with excellent staff in all areas. The food was great and served in the restaurant. The room was new-fashioned and recently refurbished, complete with large windows, 2 queens bed. The property was in a favourable and beautiful location minutes walking distance from gardens and palm trees. Distance to the airport was just 9 miles.

Its location was amazing, very close to main Restaurant. There was an indoor restaurant nearby.

Wonderful hotel with really good team in all areas. Triple room with a good view. Great and beautiful location in the steakhouse and easy access to local markets and a market. Great to have an indoor restaurant for lunch.

My room included a mini-bar, satellite television and climate control. Enjoyed mountain view. The venue's position was remote. Besides, I was minutes walking distance from gardens and palm trees.

The hotel was lively and overall clean with extremely friendly staff in all areas. I truly enjoyed the room with all the comforts, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was good in a shopping area, close enough to anc fro to the local mall as well as other local attractions. I ate at the indoor restaurant near the venue.

Overall had very nice stay especially in holidays. Units with all the comforts. The indoor restaurant for breakfast and the pool bar: )

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

The place was perfect and had courteous and nice staff with excellent customer service, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This hotel was located in a remote area really close to Salalah's, both restaurant and coffee shop, and the Sheba restaurant. Furthermore, to a regular public taxi.

Perfect hip new property with courteous and nice staff in all areas. New building and rooms with a good view. Location - favourable, adjacent to all restaurants except the breakfast and the cafe and Salalah International airport.

The location is great with free parking available on-site.

The location was marvellous, close to the airport, it's a plus. I was offered a room with AWESOME views over the central garden and the ocean.

Amazing setting, near to the beach and town and a regular public taxi and the port. Quiet room and great facilities.

Breakfast with yoghurt and also tea or coffee. Excellent service and good and decent location so close to Salalah for 15 months up to April 2019 as well as the restaurant at the beach. Also, close to city centre.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Mr. Abdel who upgraded our room to a sea view. Late checkout until 3 PM was accommodated, which was a delightful surprise. The location is convenient for exploring the city and tourist attractions. The support staff, particularly Mr. Teja, promptly attended to all our needs. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar with various events.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Close to the city center

It is an old style management..poor facilities..the rooms smell and stink. They have nice beach but without any services or even chairs and the swimming pool is kids style!! Very poor breakfast; not Hilton at all..
